How do I return an item?
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for up to 30-days after the original purchase date. Your order is eligible for a refund to the original form of payment (Credit card or PayPal) for up to 30-days after the original date of purchase.
To receive a refund or exchange, item(s) must be in new, sale able condition, and be accompanied by the original invoice or order number as well as your return authorization form. Invoices can be found online within your customer account.
How to Return Your Order
To set up a return or exchange, please Click Here to download our authorization form or fill out the form included in your shipment. Be sure to include this fully completed form with your return.
Need to expedite your exchange? You may place a new order online so that our warehouse can begin to process your order without having to wait on your returned item. Once we receive the original order back in our warehouse and the item has been inspected, we will then issue a credit for that order.
Helpful Tips When Returning Items
Each returned and exchanged item will be quality inspected by our warehouse upon arrival. Once the item has been inspected, it will then be forwarded to our finance department for refund or exchange. This process may take up to two weeks. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. Exchanges may take to up to 7 business days from the date we receive your package to ship out.
